100 kton Mega-Freighter?

Hello!

I'm new to posting here, but I've lurked for a bit.

I wanted to ask, does anyone know of any designs for a 100,000 ton mega-freighter? I wanted to make an adventure set in a massive spaceship like that but I was stumped for design. I wanted to know if anyone knew of a design for something like that.

Largest merchants I know of is the ISCV King Richard by FASA, 5000 ton passenger liner, available on one of the CT apocrypha CDs from FFE and the 5000 ton Hercules class merchant in The Traveller Adventure.
