The last two games are called "stalemates" because the ships involved had low to-hit rolls and (generally) decent defenses. No side had any significant advantage... and the players were not particularly attached to their designs... SO it was agreed that we would just move on and that it would be more fun to run a different scenario with improved designs.
I did make some mistakes in running the games, though in most cases they were caught fairly quickly and had no impact on the outcome of the games. One player did not seem to be aware of the HE vs. Nuclear missile option in the rules.... (!!)
I hope that the design notes are useful to players gearing up for the 10 BCr tournament that starts next month!
