Another q: re: Travellermap codes

Got another bit of a nail biter, looking at the codes at https://travellermap.com/doc/secondsurvey#remarks

Specifically they have a couple designations,

1. Lk (Locked), Close Satellite
2. Sa (Satellite)..special category

I'm trying to figure out what Sa, Satellite is... is it a small star system that is a satellite to a larger more powerful star system(s)? Or is it an artificial structure or natural object (like our moon) orbiting a world?

As to Close Satellite, I'm assuming it is something like our moon but tidally locked to its world, (as noted on the page).. I'm just not clear on 2.

Lk does indicate that a world is tidally locked, yes.
Sa indicates that the world is a moon instead of a planet.

Many thanks.. I had a vague notion that that was it (Mutineers Moon spoiled me) but my brain always likes to have secondary confirmation from those who actually know more than me.

More specifically, Lk is a moon (Sa) tidally locked to a planet. Tz is a planet tidally locked to a star.
