Another Traveller Mini-Movie

Looks good so far!
When the cutter is almost down, the line between the cutter and the module crosses the horizon and I can see a flash of white between them.

Looks good! How about names for the happy fun ball and SBD on the side as was done on WW2 aircraft? How about 'Bouncing Betty' for the Broadsword and 'Razor's Edge' for the SBD? Is the SBD based on the standard deckplans? I'm really looking forward to this movie.

The SDB is loosely based on the deckplans and pic in Supp7 (I've reduced it from 3 decks to 2, because it looks better), and on Jesse DeGraff's pics. The Broadsword & Cutter are based on the plans & pics in Adv7.

Abso-%$&%*?@-lutely fantastic!

A possible sequence: the Broadswords drop the cutter, which drops the GCarrier, which (armed this time) chases the air/raft to the port - getting shot to sh*t

 along the way, where the air/raft boards the merchant, which has to dodge the (shooting) Broadswords on the way out.

On the Broadswords, it looks like they have their Cutter drives running as well as their own. That certainly could happen the way they are setup, but it doesn't seem like what would usually be done.

For me, it is easier to watch a bunch of text, and then have the pictures (or vice versa) rather than interspersed.

In CT the SDBs and Broadswords would probably be using triple-turrets rather than single-turrets. Are you thinking in TNE terms?

When the SDB launches the missiles, I see a brief flash from the drive moving past a gap in the panel that opens above the missiles. This adds to the realism of the movie since this is what I would expect.

In situations like these, the answer is usually:

a) Oops

b) I'm lazy

or

c) It looks cooler like this.

"For me, it is easier to watch a bunch of text, and then have the pictures (or vice versa) rather than interspersed."

It's pictures all the way until the end.

Nice work so far Andrew, though from a game perspective, I don't fancy the odds of a Broadsword vs. what looks like 3 Dragons....
