That is true, and closer to the likely original intent, than forty years after and from a different edition, three or four mutations off.

My impression was that the OP was referring to what had been proposed (and discussed ad infinitum) over the past number of years... incorporating the so-called "errata" that this site had accumulated for CT (a good portion of which was rules changes to make it fit better with later editions not actual errata) into a new release of the CT material.

As I haven't bothered to keep track of anything being released/published for decades, I have no idea what is going on with other editions.
