Breakdown of starship building costs?

About a year or so ago I read a short piece about starship building costs and financing which went through how much each stage cost and the profits for the different bodies involved (the shipyard, the starport, the bank).

The trouble is, I can't remember where I read it. It was either part of an article in a magazine or as a section in a rulebook or supplement.

Any ideas where it might have been?

There’s a table in the Traveller⁵ rules with a heading something like “The Starship Investment”, that summarizes the expenditures and earnings of various parties in the financing and construction of a 100 MCr starship. Could that be what you’re thinking of?

Thank you! That was exactly what I was thinking of. I'd got it into my head that it must have been in one of the GURPS books and didn't even consider that it might have been in T5.
