Building Vehicles

Greetings,

I am writing a program in visual basic dot net 2010 to create vehicles.
I would like to request some one post an example of building
a vehicle use Book 3821 Supplement 5: Civilian Vehicles. My problem is
the math does not work out.

I have gone through the book several times and I have scoured the
web looking for help to complete my program. I have been writing this for about 3 weeks.

Please someone help me with this.

There was a revised version of the supplement that was released which supposedly fixed the problems with Supp 5 Civilian Vehicles and Supp 6 Military Vehicles.

It is called Supp 5-6 Vehicle Handbook (MGP 3868). It was received much better than the previous two books but I don't know the differences between the two versions well enough to comment on them.

Supp 5-6 is available as a pdf on drivethru rpg. Hope that helps!

MgT1ed files in the devlopers pack. Technically I don't think MgT2ed has a SRD.
