I am using Book 6, Scout to generate my character.
I am in term 3, age 26 yo, Exploration Office, and rolled Special Mission Duty Assignment and made my survivability and skill rolls. I believe I get 2 rolls on the skills table, correct? At the bottom of the skills table for Special or War Mission, it says I get a DM+4 if my rank is O1+. What gives? We are in the Field, we don't have no stinking rank! What is the modifier mean?
