Character sheet with body hit locations

Hey all. Does anybody know if there's a good character sheet that has a body diagram for hit locations?

Has anyone ever thought to make one up? It could be the next big innovation for Traveller.

A post-apocalypse rpg, this is from the rpg encyclopedia:
1st ed by Bob Charrette, Paul Hume (1981) FGU
A generic post-nuclear-apocalypse RPG, supporting various sub-genres (mutants, survivalist, etc.). The system is a complex skill-based, where action is resolved by rolling a d20 under (skill/5) or (attribute/2). Character creation uses limited point allocation, with some random rolls. Notably, besides standard attributes it has "aptitudes" in skill categories: charismatic, combative, communicative, esthetic, mechanical, natural, and scientific. Combat is quite complex, with a two-page flowchart explaining the combat sequence(!!). It uses basic to-hit, hit-location, and damage rolls with armor subtracted -- but with many special-case criticals.
One of my favourite games ever.
I used it to run everything - horror, sci-fi, fantasy, pulp action, even post-apocalypse ;)

The character sheet has the human body divided into thirty hit locations.

Try The Mad Irishman Game Sheets. He's got a lot of good stuff. They're almost all PDFs though, so you'll need at least Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Ah, yes. I have his Traveller files.

I'm thinking I'm going to have to cobble something together fresh.

Thanks for your help, guys.

You could always use the Hero Hit Location tables:

HIT LOCATIONS
3d6 Roll Location StunX BodyX NStun To Hit
3-5 Head x5 x2 x2 -8 OCV
6 Hands x1 x½ x½ -6 OCV
7-8 Arms x2 x½ x½ -5 OCV
9 Shoulders x3 x1 x1 -5 OCV
10-11 Chest x3 x1 x1 -3 OCV
12 Stomach x4 x1½ x1 -7 OCV
13 Vitals x4 x1½ x2 -8 OCV
14 Thigh x2 x1 x1 -4 OCV
15-16 Legs x2 x½ x½ -6 OCV
17-18 Feet x1 x½ x½ -8 OCV

SPECIAL HIT LOCATIONS
General Location OCV Dice Roll
Head Shot (Head-Shoulders) -4 1d6+3
High Shot (Head-Vitals) -2 2d6+1
Body Shot (Hands-Legs) -1 2d6+4
Low Shot (Shoulders-Feet) -2 2d6+7*
Leg Shot (Vitals-Feet) -4 1d6+12
* Count 19 as Feet

ADDITIONAL HIT LOCATIONS
Location StunX BodyX NStun To Hit
Finger x1 x½ x¼ -8 OCV
Eye* x5 x2 x2½ -12 OCV
Knee/Elbow x2 x1 x½ -7 OCV
Spine† x3 x1 x1 -7 OCV
Neck/Throat‡ x5 x1 x2 -9 OCV
* In many cases, even well-protected characters have little or no eye protection.
† A hit to the spine from which the target takes BODY usually results in some sort of paralysis; the extent and duration of the paralysis depends on the wound. A character can only target the spine from behind.
‡ A hit to the throat usually causes loss of voice or similar problems in addition to any other damage it causes.

I've included the damage modifers Hero uses; feel free to ignore those if you want. If you do want to use them, the BodyX column is probably the most appropropriate.

And I thought I was the only one to like Aftermath! But I did simplify combat quite a bit. I did love the exposition of the setting.

Back on topic, if you would like a 30 or "5" location body diagram I have two I drew up in CorelDraw and pasted into MSWord for my own character sheets. You should be able to edit these to your needs.
The 30 location chart I use for custom armor building but have a d100 hit table for it. The simpler 5 location chart (head-chest-abdomen-arm-leg) using a d10 for hit locations, I use for critical hits. PM me with an e-mail if interested and I can send.

How about AD2300?
D10
1= head, 2= chest, 4= abdomen, 3= middle of 2 & 4, 5= r. thigh, 6= l. thigh, 7= r. leg, 8= l. leg, 9= r. arm, 10= l. arm.
