Its definitely GURPS Space. There are no Pachekki in Traveller, GURPS or otherwise.

That's a fairly old site, from around ~2000 to ~2002 IIRC. I think that used a bunch of Irish Myth names, IIRC.

Pachekkis are in GURPS Space 3e.
