CotI Imperial Starport Access?

I was perusing the site a bit, checking out some new areas that I haven't explored before, and when I tried to access the CotI Imperial Starport section, I was denied access.

It didn't explain why.

So, is this section only available to some members?

I was logged in when I tried to access it, and can view a lot of the other items in sections located near this listing.

I just tried it. Same result. I have been able to access it before.

Nothing got fixed. Seriously. I couldn't replicate the issue.

It doesn't work for me anymore, either (although it did at one time).
I am getting:

Yea, I'm getting the same message as the others, when logged in.

However, when not logged in, I can access the Starport sections.

Strange.

Perhaps that provides a clue to the issue.

Interesting, I did not think to log out and test. When logged out I can also access the Starport section.
