I've never had any trouble with FFE, everything I've ordered from them has arrived in 4 days or less. I was recently just tickled pink to also get my autographed copy of The Classic Books. Thanks Marc!

...and my CT book has just arrived. Apparently there was a mixup at QLI which meant they weren't sent the other week, so Hunter very kindly went to the trouble and expense of sending them off by Fedex International Priority so I could get them today (this was off his own initiative), for which I am enormously grateful and highly impressed.

That seems to me like a fairly long time. I know they have a small staff and all that but if they had the 2 books I ordered in stock how difficult is it to mail those out? If there is a backorder problem that would have been understandable too. [Grumble grumble]

Wow! You're absolutely correct. That really is a positive point for FFE. With an additude like that, he's got my business, at least.
