CT LBB5 externally carried craft tonnage?

So in High Guard, carried craft require either 100%, 110%, or 130% of their tonnage within the hull of larger ships.

In the case of a dispersed structure hull, where craft are carried externally, does this also apply? I can see 2 possibilities:

* Always use 100%, just the mass of the carried craft itself
* Use the higher values to represent external clamp fittings

What sayest thee?

HG, page 32
Small Craft:(...)they require tonnage equal to 130% of their mass within the hull of larger ships(...)
Big Craft:(...)Big craft require tonnage equal to 110% of their mass in the ship(...)
As externally carried ships are not in nor within the ship, I also understand those added percentages do not apply.

And I'd even say that if they are a significant enough part of the tonnage, once launched the ship's stats (as Maneuver, Jump or Agility) may change (something that does not happen for ships in interior hangars, as the ship total mass does not vary regardless having hangars full or empty)
