I don't see why you couldn't. The CharGen system you outlined is simple enough that anyone could pick it up almost instantly.

Ok, so that's character generation, skills, and combat.

Other than weapons and armour, what else needs to go in the rules lite?
A standard adventurer's basic equipment kit?

Wasn't there a covention handout or some such (Joe Heck's name springs to mind) that was CT condensed to a single page (or two)? The ultimate in CT Lite. Might be worth tracking down if it's still avaialble.

I want a fully functional mini game in no more than four pages.

And I'm being a bit sneaky in introducing a couple of changes (the way damage is handled and armour as damage reduction - not to mention the simple task system ;) ).

Perhaps I should move this thread to the In my Traveller Universe forum?
