I forgot, does the x-boat tender have scoops and processors? What about Mongoose design?

I recall a fuel lab being described as a major feature of the CT original. Can check the books in a minute.

Of course, said CT original was a Book 2 design, pre-HG invention (mistake) of fuel purifiers. And it is listed as Unstreamlined, so no scoops. Fuel is presumably delivered raw and then purified aboard.

No X-Boat Tender in MgT Core or High Guard.

I got fixed on it because I was thinking how stupid the mongoose 50 ton survey rider tender is when the scouts have a whole heck of a lot of tenders that can carry four boats each. The only way it makes sense is of for some reason the tenders can't skim and process.

So why would Mongoose make a ship with one internal hanger and three clamps to carry some scout riders?

They have a crazy amount of x-boat tenders. Pull the extra fuel tankage out of one, an extra 50 ton of hanger, 50 tons extra cargo, and a hundred tons of labs. Four riders, one modular cutter with fuel module and cargo or air raft module in storage.

That bothered me all night.
