Eaglestone T5 sites no longer seem to be working

The Eaglestone T5 sites no longer seem to be working.

http://eaglestone.pocketempires.com/ships/t5shipyard/T5Shipyard.html

Seems to no longer be active, the same with the other ones. Does anyone know what happened?

A side effect of this is that there are now a whole bunch of links on the Traveller Wiki (and on this site) leading to spam pages, as that is what the eaglestone.pocketempires.com domain has now been redirected to. :mad: Should/could something be done about that?

Ah, good point. OK.

I have some links at the Zhodani Base pointing to pocketempires.
Should I wait for a solution, or should I remove these now?

I can see at my "Site Stats" that people are clicking those links.

Yeah. The domain lapsed and the site went away. I backed up most of my web pages.

I haven't decided where to migrate my stuff.

The post I quoted above implies that Rob may intend to move his site to a different domain than the original Eaglestone site. I guess you'd have to ask him what his plans are for the site.

I didn't own the original domain, so they will land at a different site. But I've heard enough concern that this has bumped up in my priority list.

WHICH pages did people use?

I'll also add the "alien" word generators, which I used consistently.

* IMTU
* Vilani language
* Makers
* Word generator

Okay.

1, The most important one was the IMTU page.
2, Then I also liked the Counter Strike rules.
3, Various generators was very useful.
4, Spaceman Spiff rules was fun.

We can talk about the Subsector-Tradewar Lite rules and the Spiff setting. Maybe I can put them into more of a "finished" state.

Current list.

* Vilani language
* Gun/Armor/Vehicle Makers
* Word generator
* Shipyard

Was that the site that had the Regal battlecruiser detailed? I always like that and the dictionary (of course).

The wiki has a special links search page, so I can find all the external references and update them when I have a place to point them.

Some stuff could be moved into a subdomain. The makers, word generators, and starship design app for example. Please stand by.

The IMTU Code has been moved to the Wiki, until someone tells me it can't be there.

1.) Yay!

2.) Could the codes be enclosed in parentheses? the dash separator makes the negative codes unreadable.

3.) While the K'Kree examples all fit with my personal feelings about them, it does leave out those that tolerate (:confused:) or like (:eek:) them. I gather that more + equal greater preference and - equals greater dislike by the Hiver example.

4.) Thanks for doing this. :)
