Face of Ithklur or Hhkar?

Ok, it's an unused concept for Godzilla's face, but this (from io9.com) looks like it could be a good Ithklur or Hhkar representation. Probably Hhkar in honor of Godzilla's breath weapon and the Hhkar habit of smoking for nutritional supplementation.

That's more the Hkhar, while the Ithklur are the humaniform saurs bandied about when people talk about the dinosaurs achieving sentience and civilization.

While the Ithklur are more upright. Pics on the net seem to be paired with another type, so this is more a picture of an Ithklur and a Hkhar side by side:

The caveat is that this is not the hard-scrabble bone-armored Ithklur, but a softer relative.
