FFE has two links to the hardcover that Add to Cart

Everything I see says out of stock, but on the FFE site, the hardcover version will allow me to Add to Cart. Just curious if this is going to be $75 vaporized into an "out of stock, but someday you'll get a book" black hole?

Anyone know if there really are hardcovers available from FFE, or do they simply need to update those purchase links?

Followup - are the pages on the CDROM version print worthy?

as far as I know- Marc is out of stock, but *Might* have a couple mis-signed ones about.

I've let him know; I need the page addresses for him - please give me the URL's for them.

If he can't fulfill, he refunds.
The CDRom contains the PDF file that he sent to the printers, so it's the exact same book content.... but it also has some goodies.
