I'm happy with CT.

The dice mechanics for the other two versions are simple enough too though. You can find lite versions of the rules at:

GURPS: http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/lite/

Yup.

It's been a long time since I was last down Fleet Street, but that sounds fine to me.

There used to be a pub called something like 'Worlds End' either on Drury Lane or just off it. It was nice, if a little small, but it had the distinction of having been in an SF short story (Arthur C Clarke, probably).

I'm busy for the next two or three weekends, but almost any weekend from the 18th Sept onwards is good for me. I'd prefer Saturdays, but I can do some Sundays.

How will we know each other though? I know Hirch and Nellkyn (and Neil, if we can get a weekend when he's free), but that's about it.

Cheers

David

As my busy time for weekends is coming to an end Saturday or Sunday is fine by me.

I’ve no idea which station I’d coming into London from as I’ll be moving to near Cambridge in the next couple of months. It’s been nearly six months that I’ve been saying I’d be moving soon. No one told me buying a house would be so hard.

Nellkyn

So, either the Cock on Fleet Street or the Knight's Templar on Chancery Lane. I don't know either pub, so I don't mind. Elliot, do you have a preference?

I'm definitely free 18th September or 2nd October (my wife has exams on 25th September). Further out than that, I don't know yet.

So do we want to meet up at lunchtime, or mid-afternoon/early evening?

As to a game - we could do (assuming the pub is empty-ish, the bar staff shouldn't have a problem with it).

Who else is free either the 18th Sept or the 2nd Oct?

Cheers

David

I can also attend provisionally, as long as it doesn't go on too late as I need to get back out of London and home.

Count me in as a possible. But ditto on the "not too late". Either date is fine.

2nd Oct would be best for me. I’m easy about meeting time, other than I’d prefer a not too late finish.

Thanks. I spoke to Neil and he said he'd like to play too, as long as he didn't have to work that weekend.

Hello Shane,

Yep, I’m still going.

AFAIK there will be about half a dozen members of BITS there as well.

Not a snowball's in hell I'm afraid. Maybe in 2005 or maybe David will persuade me to return to Gaelcon :)

- Neil.
