GRiP - Traveller - RPG Realms

Hi,

As my players are now scattered to the four corners of the world, I have just got my hands on GRiP - the Traveller edition from RPG Realms.

I have downloaded the free trial version and ordered the full version along with quite a pile of other bits and pieces.

I also ordered Kuniner and Research Station Gamma for GRiP - electronic downloads.

My order was acknowledged via email, but the links to the electronic material do not work.

I have attempted to contact RPG Realms via email with no reply, and I tried to call to discover that they have changed their number and made it unavailable to the public.

Does anyone know if these guys are still trading, and whether my order will ever be fulfilled ?

Hi Robbo,

I don't think you need to worry, Hunter may be a bit bogged down with everything right now. I know how hard it can be to get an email through to him. I'd say keep on trying that (you don't mention how long ago you tried). I know its frustrating to buy electronic media and not have it immediately available. I can only imagine the links are bad because of Hunter's recent retooling of the site.

Or you could try a Private Message through the board here (the graphic above any post with the two stick figures shaking hands in front of the big envelope). Just find any recent post by Hunter and click on the PM icon. It may not work any better than email but its one more signal.

One more contact possibility occurs to me now. You could post your problem as part of the feedback on the board upgrade. Click here and paste a copy of your concerns. You'll also find Hunter's post at the start of the thread so you can PM him at the same time. He's bound to see one of them

My order was only a few days ago, and I regret that I have been hounding them with emails as I wanted to get my hands on the material before disappearing for a few weeks with work.
