Heaven and Earth question

I've used H&E 4 for quite some time, I tried to get H&E 8 to work but had some issues, Now I'm having a problem with H&E 4 only printing maps at quarter page scale, how do I get the map back to full size?

I've tried it as a GIF file in Quicktime, but the resolution is almost uselessly unreadable!
