ICQ message gone awry

Someone sent a message to me via ICQ, and it went awry. How, I'm not sure, but likely due to me not having done much with ICQ for a long time. In any case, could whomever it was get in touch with me again via PM on this site? Or ICQ, I guess, but the message may very well get lost in the ether yet again.
