A couple of days ago I purchased a Traveller's Aide/EPIC subscription, and I can't figure out how to use it. When I log in, all I see is an option to change my configuration, nothing about my subscription. When I go to the Traveller's Aide that I want, I'm only offered the chance to pay. I sent an email to Order Inquiries at gripreg@quiklinks.com, but no one has responded yet. I'd really like to use a couple of the Traveller's Aides for my game this weekend, can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Did you get the email from QLI, it has your password and a link to the page where you can input the username / password. Then it shows you your account with a little pic of each product you have bought and 2 tickboxes so you can choose the screen / print version. then just press the download button.

Or you could try accessing your account via the coti pages - I will just go and check how to do that

Right found it, Its under e-library, then press the account login button. You can then fill in your COTI username / password. This gives you access to your account. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page (past the bit about changing passwords / configuration). You can then choose which TAs / epics to download and pick which versions you want to download. Then just press the download button. Not sure if you can download more than 1 PDF at the same time. I have dialup so only do one at a time anyway.

One of these two routes should work

Thanks for the help Richard, unfortunately, when I access my account all I can do is change my password. There is nothing about choosing TAs anywhere on the page. Sounds like the problem might not be on my end. I'll try contacting Order Inquiries again.

I have set up a new topic TA account problems and posted a note to hunter to look at this thread. Thats usually the quickest route.

With a bit of luck it should be sorted soon. This problem is a bit unusual. I have bought and downloaded tonnes of stuff from QLI no problems (except for my slow dial-up
