Important Notice on Traveller's Aide Subscriptions!

hunter

Ancient - Absent Friend
As of June 14, 2004 and with the release of EPIC Adventure #3, all Traveller's Aide 6 and 12 issue subscriptions are good for BOTH the Traveller's Aide series issues and the EPIC Adventure series issues!

Remember, even if you subscribe now, you can always use your subscription to pick up previous issues as well as forthcoming issues!

I nearly suggested this the other day when I got TA 8.

Dang, could have made myself look wise and infuential...

;)

Woohoo! Definitely worthy of an investment there, as well. Just gotta wait until payday, and pull out the Father's Day card... ;)

Looking forward to it,
Flynn

So is there a time limit to the subscriptions although its good since not to many TAs have been done this yr.

Savage

OK, I may have been a bit asleep when reading Hunter's post above and didn't realize he meant Epic Adventure #3 was actually ready.

So this is just a heads up for anyone else who missed the hint and hasn't dropped by the front page, Epic Adventure #3 is in the eLibrary!

And yes its now part of the subscription, hmm, that'll burn through mine a little faster, time to start raising some capital again

Dan - I'm sure there is no time limit on TA subs:

You get your 12 issues, either EA or TA, regardless of the timeframe. If you subscribe late you get the choice of downloading earlier stuff.

Sounds like a good deal.

No. You use em as you want. Originally we had planned to cap a time limit on using them when we had hoped to have them coming out more regularly. Since we have not been able to keep up, we certainly won't penalize subscribers.

Hi Michael, no worries from this quarter
Easy to confuse the posts being that Savage and I are using the same avatar. I was going to answer Savage but my connection was cut, its been slow and dodgy for a couple weeks now, gotta look into that ;)

As for the subscription, you don't need to sell me. I know a bargain when I see one and jumped all over a 12 issue deal when it first came out way back. Its been slow in filling out but the pace is picking up, and that's all good :D

Thank Hunter,
Excellent news. I'm all for subscriptions as well Dan. But I "silly me" bought several TAs and then went and subscribed to future ones.

Savage

Doh! I've been catching up on TA's and Epics since I bought gateway, but totally forgot about the subscription thing. I wasted a few bucks...

Don't I feel sheepish.

Well back when the TA pipeline wasn't established yet, the TAs were few and far between, and I didn't realize QLI offered unlimited re-downloads if needded (as opposed to RPGNow's reset) I did the same. ;)

Do you still offer subscriptions? I went to the eLibrary page, the TA page, but didn't see them offered, just individual issues. (And TA2 was missing, for some reason.)

And if you join The Moot among other things you get a 10% discount on everything QLI sells iirc, including the TA/EA subscriptions.

Yeah, TA2 is in there somewhere, but not with the rest because it is a "fiction" piece. I think it should be listed in the main listing myself.

Yes, you can still get the subscriptions.
Look here
To be fair, they are pretty hard to find. If you try to navigate directly to the page that hade the subscriptions, you'll just find a page with current e-books (TAs/EAs). If you click on a product link that is at the top of every forum page (the one that says "click here for more information") and then click "Traveller's Aides" in the sidebar, it will churn up a list that includes the subscriptions.

I just took out a 12 issue subscription but can't find where to download the aides I want.I've been to eLibrary and the Aide page but I can't download a thing. Can anyone help.

Is a TA subscription good for Golden Age EPIC #1 as well as the TAs and other EPIC adventures?
