Is the Engineer still with us?

I was trolling through an old thread about the Lanthinum Petal class speculative merchant, I have seen Andrews version before. All the links in the tread are dead, and I would like to see some the efforts expended on that thread, it is a useful ongoing tutorial thread up to the end.

So, if the The Engineer is still Breathing Good Air, I would be grateful to see results of your hard work.

Mert (The Engineer) was very active on my Spica boards for a long time, then he just disappeared. I've emailed him at least 3 times, all to no avail.
