"Firefly" actually made me long for my old Traveller days. I've often wondered if the game managed to migrate to the internet with groups that once met around a physical table meeting around a virtual one instead.
I run my Traveller campaign entirely on line now as I couldn't get enough players in one place to do it. I use RPG Realms GRIP software written by your dear friend Hunter Gordon. (still needs a little work done to it and I don't use a lot of features but it does the job.)
