MGT Only: Judge Dredd Traveller: best published starting scenario for new referee?

Niche question: What is the best published starting scenarios for new referees for the Judge Dredd setting for Mongoose Traveller RPG?

The players and referee will be experienced RPGers and most are experienced in Traveller, but none have refereed Traveller apart from me, and I'm not refereeing the Judge Dredd setting.

(I am NOT looking for any of the following: No general advice on getting into Judge Dredd; no scenarios that need converting to Traveller; no list of what material is available for the four versions of Judge Dredd).
