Thanks for posting this. A couple of years back, I was looking for this, and couldn't find it. I just realized that I have copies of 2nd edition and not first. I originally used first, a great number of years ago, to create routes on my home brewed subsector in a game. Then later on, as mentioned, I thought I was crazy when I couldn't find that table. My original books were transferred to a friend, when I got out of the Navy, and I had replaced them, not paying much attention to the editions. Well, at least now, I know I'm not crazy. (Which may be an indication that I am....)
