Looking for a Few Conversions and House Rules

I'm wondering if anyone knows if anyone has come up with (or knows where I could find) a few system to system conversions, or house rules that emulate certain rules of other games.

{Please note that the following post contains many references to space opera settings. Those with a more hard-sci bent may wish to avert their eyes}

First thing would be a Star Frontiers to CT conversion, or CT char gen for the Star Frontiers races.

In WEG's Star Wars RPG, there was a really great system for small scale ship-to-ship battles. It was very quick, involved special maneuvers, and had lots of room for role-playing. The basic gist of it was the concept of a chase; where ships would maneuver within different ranges of each other. Thinking back on it, it may have been something that was not in the core rules, but was in Galaxy Guide 6: Tramp Freighters. Sound familiar? Anyone have something similar for CT? The main thing I'm looking for here is something to be able to run very fast and dramatic space battles.

I'm also looking for a post-apocalyptic setting for CT in the tradition of Gamma World. Basically something that has mutations.

Finally...

I'm looking for any and all famous sci-fi in CT. You now... things like stats for the characters, ships, worlds, et.c of things like Dune, Fierfly, Galactica... and...

Futurama. If no one has done this for Futurama yet, I'm going to. If you think about it, it fits perfectly in a lot of ways.
