Looking for a good SF Literature Site

A good place to start could be this one: http://www.sfreader.com/
Even if a certain book reviews is not to be found there, the users can tell you
where to find one, and they can answer almost any questions you might have.

I suggest getting some chronological collections of SF short stories and novellas, such as Robert Silverberg's Science Fiction Hall of Fame, or The Best of the Best Volume 1 (ed. Silverberg) and Volume 2 (ed. Dozois), Isaac Asimov's The Hugo Winners series, or James Gunn's Road to Science Fiction series.

Hey, I might have something of interest here:

http://www.irosf.com/

Funny story about me and irosf... I have no idea how I got on the emailing list. I asked all the usual suspects when I couldn't recall ever seeing it before I got the first one a while back and they all plead innocent. Well that's a lie for sure but I believe them on this one. I'm not complaining, it was something I would sign up for, just weird that I don't remember it. Maybe it's run by Zhodani...

And I'll second getting some chronological omnibus editions. And annual "best of" anthologies are usually a good buy I find.

I've gotten some of both at a decent price from sfbc.com (.ca actually but... ), not a plug. If you have a used book store handy there's a good chance titles from sfbc will be there cheap. It's nice to have it in hardback full size, and if you get the dust jacket they look quite nice besides. The print quality and paper are ok.

Thanks for those tips as well. I just got Silverberg's Hall of Fame, vol.1, after spending an hour leafing through a whole bookcase of anthologies at the store. It's almost exactly what I need, and a really great collection by itself, not least because the selection was made by vote of the SFWA (with some minor rigging), and not just of a single editor.
