Missing Order

I ordered TA0001P Personal Weapons of Charted Space a few weeks back; payment went through paypal. I've tried to contact sales about this a number of time with no response. Is there a link for "Contact" or someone in particular that I can discuss this issue with?

This is damaging confidence in the Traveller brand. I get complaints at Avenger from time to time from people who are confused about the difference between Avenger and QLI (common origins and all that). What worries me is that QLI's failure to deliver orders or explain why they aren't fulfilled may spark rumours that 'Traveller stuff' does not get delivered. That impacts Avenger, Mongoose, FFE and SJG.

The present situation has the potential to hurt everyone that works with and publishes Traveller. Whatever is going on in Hunter's life, he's welcome to leave himself open to the repercussions of taking money and delivering - that's his call - but this risks damaging everyone and it needs sorting out.

I agree. As a webmaster/programmer, I can't imagine QLI being run by only one Admin. There should be at least a couple of members who are in business to handle the orders and shipments. It is the reason I felt compelled to comment in the first place. Sure, there are alternative sources for T20 and other components that are sold here, but there is no indication that there is any problem until a buyer waits sufficiently long enough to raise a flag. If Hunter is unable to fullfill the orders, than the store should be shut down, or an alert be placed in the checkout to indicate that the store is not taking orders at this time.

Normally, I don't step out of the T5 forum for much, but since the mods are busy at the moment, I'll pitch in.

There's a lot other threads on CotI where people who aren't even involved are raising the "missing orders" issue.

When I look at this thread, I see thoth-amon and MacTrom with issues that they have raised.

thoth-amon and MacTrom, please repost IN THIS THREAD ONLY if you still have an issue, and the specifics of the issue. Vent, but politely, but keep it here in this thread. I'm going to PM you asking you to update here.

Anyone else, if you have similar problems, please post your order issue here, and only here.

And if you DON'T have an order issue, don't post. I'll keep an eye on this topic for a bit, and see if I can help close this issue.

I resolved my issue a while back by filing a claim through PayPal against QLI for non-shipment after not receiving any responses back to my inquiries. QLI did refund my money and I went to RPG to reorder there.
