Missing Polities in Theron?

I was looking on the 'Charted Space 1115' map which was included with the fanzine 'Third Imperium 10' and noticed that there are two small polities located in Theron Sector close to the Coreward/Spinward border. From the map (attached) the two polities both lie in Terrelay Subsector and didn't make it onto Traveller map although the Regency of Muirimi has.

Does anyone know the origin of these two statelets and whether they were ever named?

I was aware of the disparity between the two sources when I was updating the data for the sector, but it was the dates I was working with: the Third Imperium Magazine map is dated 1115, and the later T5 map is dated 1105. Standard data on Trav Map is 1105 (Golden Age).

Extrapolating from the available information, I'd been working with the concept that the two polities were formally established sometime after 1105 and were extant and functional by 1115, hence their not appearing on earlier-dated maps.
