This was a commission from Sir Magnus. Another riff on the vintage, distressed Scout hat, this one maybe kept by some grizzled veteran of the IXSS, maybe even found in an old trunk after his passing and now worn all the time by his daughter.

I'm sure Sir Magnus has a better backstory for this.
