Operation Repo is a good one shot adventure and has alot of detail for newbie players who don't have much knowledge of the OTU and quickly allows them to get in with a specific mission. I would reccomend it as the First Adventure for any Traveller group.

Uragadyn of the Seven Pillars. Great fun, long campaign. Could never be written today though. No one really beats the Keiths for rip roaring pulp adventure.
