Coastal fishing boats remain nearly unchanged from the Bronze age (TL 1) to the introduction of diesel engines in the early 20th century (TL 5). So any small open boat from the late 1800's to early 1900's should work to give you an idea of a TL 1 boat.Originally posted by robject:
