Fair enough. But even then, you would have to hand carry the ordinance from the pallet it came on to the launcher storage system. So it seems to me that there is a viability for both systems to be available. Especially with IISS vessels, which are built for maximum efficiency and ease of repair.
I just have a hard time with the visual of an Imperial Navy Ship's Boy 1st Class playing powder monkey between the launcher and the magazine...
