Sorry it is so late, Jae sent me the original to scan back in November but the USPS lost first class, signature required mail!
Then the second copy mailed Jan 14 didn't arrive til Feb 18.
I'm glad the USPS want's a rate hike on stamps, pay more postage and loose more mail makes sense to me.
