Well, take this with a grain of salt, but...
Knowing that the task system label conversions were done based upon playtest XP levels, which were half the rate of the released version...
so, working it out again...
MGT Term 1: 1-4 + 4-10 level 0
1-5 level 0 background
3-5 level 0 service
1 level 1 service
0-2 from rank
0-1 from event
Later terms 1-3 each, maximum of 5 more terms with 1 from rank at peak rate
1 for term
0-1 from rank
0-1 for event
T20: ranging from 2x(Level+3) to 8x(Level+3) points
Term 1 2K-8K XP for levels 2-4
Term 2 another 1K-8K, total 3K-16K levels 3-6
term 3 +1K-8K, total 4K-24k levels 3-7
term 4 +1K-8K, 5K-32KXP levels 3-8
term 5 +1K-8K, 6K-40K XP, Lv 4-9
term 6 +1K-8K, 7K-48K XP, lv 4-10
term 7 +1K-8K, 8K-56K XP, Lv 4-11
So, assuming a level 0 = 1/2 level

Averaging: 3.7 or so, 2.3-5.1, so roughly 1T20 level = 1/4 MGT level
That ignores feats... but adding a pair of feats at level 1, and each even level, plus possibly 1 at every level and a bonus for human skews the numbers.
So, subtracting out 1/2 a level per feat, I get about 6.8 T20 points per MGT level...

But, knowing that max skills and minimum feats go together, and max feats and minimum skills, we should knock that down a peg.
Call it 5 levels of skill or 2 feats equals 1 MGT level. And that's close enough for CT, as well, and probably for MT, tho' I'd use 4 per level for MT, just because MT is a bit higher on the skills per term.
