Andrew,
I like it all except the bow. It looks too much like a cutter or standard launch. IMO the bridge should be a little farther back letting the lower level extend a little in front of the upper bridge. Also, upper deck seems too tall or the lower deck too short by looking at the bow cargo doors.

Anyway you look at it, it's still 1000 x better than I can do!

If no change are made, I can still use it and just say it the TL ?? version, or built by a different manufacturer. Who said all 400t Subsidized Merchants are built the same!

It's awesome covered with awesome-sauce. :)

I'm still trying to figure out Googlesketchup...can do a house, rounded ships with multiple protrusions is above my ability so far.

Maybe it's just my perspective, but is the starboard wing a little too short?

That is, shouldn't it stick out farther and more fin be visible?

Outstanding job.Always love the SubMerch. but when I see pics of it they always look weird.I'm not certain why, maybe its the lack of a vertical stablizer.(I know it isn't suposed to have one.)Maybe when you put in the launch it'll not look so weird. Now I got a pic to torment my players with;a brand new SubMerch for them to work toward owning.

There are several variants, this is a bit of a combination. The bow doors are single-deck, the side and rear are double.

Penelope Jane, actually. That's the Trader's Guild logo, and she's part-owned by Oberlindes.
Yeah, I got the Oberlindes connection, although I would have thought their logo would only be on their own ships. Evidently not, though. So it's not a coat of arms? I t sure looks like one, even with the unusual shield division (Not a criticism; who knows what features will have snuck into the heraldic tradition in 3000 years?).

Trying to think how to blazon that, Hans...

Az, A chief, its base per bend, Or...

Per bend in fess, Or and Az, ...

Tierced per fess, Or, per bend Or and Az, and Az, ...

I'd probably go for coming up with a new name for this new kind of shield division. Can't think of a good one right off the bat, but I'm sure something would come to me if I had 3000 years to think it over.
