Dan, knowing that you are not a "Citizen[] with altogether too much time on their hands (i.e. 1000 posts or more) = 35" perhaps someone who is could do a survey of the professions that make up the Board, as I discovered the Directory allows one to sort profession/occupation.

Yes, free Gaia, but is the fascist Solomani state any better than the reactiobnary Imperials?

FREE GAIA! DOWN WITH SOLPARTY/SOLSEC! DOWN WITH THE IMPERIUM! VIVA LA REVOLUCION!

OOC Disclaimer: this was my IC way to say "start my own faction"; the opinion abouve is that of the Gaianist Movement, my Rebellion/TNE OTU Sol-sphere heresy from cannon. Eventually it will overthrow the Occupation and team up with Solidariti (a moderate splinter faction from the Ine Givar, thanks to Alanb for the idea) to create the Unity of Gaia, a polity in my variant on TNE (if I'll ever run anything other than my non-cannon TU, I'll run TNE-era with CT rules).

Chello!

At the time of MT, I supported Norris (I was a baron in the Marches). As the campaign progressed and Strephon reappeared...well, my charcater had been a Marine! :D

Margaret simply because she is the one that controls the area of Sylea adjacent to the Glimmerdrift where I generally run things.

Back in the Day I had a few characters running in different games, most where past the rebellion start date when it pooped up in JTAS, most of those campaigns died off but one transitioned over to MT, one character was General (Ret.) Duke Sabian Donagan Former Under-secretary of State for the Domain of Sol (five terms Army, one term Noble, two terms Diplomat), he was an Ethnic Solomani Imperial, politically he was a Solomani Reintergenerationist who favoured Semi-Autonomy.

He kind of started his own faction, he got together with his ex-wife IN JAG Sol and a buddy of his who was the COO of Rimstar Lines. he tried to forge an alliance between Craig & Margaret and the Anti-Luichian Rim Noble's, Bureaucrats and Senior Officers, He'd broker peaceful Annexation or Protectorate status by worlds facing down Solomani Fleets or defence for those worlds that wanted to stay 3I.

rest of the time My characters where neutralists or Norris from being Behind the Claw, then there was that Belter/Engineer who fell in with political moderate Sword Worlds Reunificationists, he left his Darrian Girlfriend to build a Robot Army for the cause, he was about done when GDW sprung Virus on us.

I remember when it was IRIS characters all round. Only two real options - Norris and Strephon, with the latter having the moral authority really.

Far worse. I had the idea that the people of Terra would come to look back upon the time under Imperial rule as a golden age. After all, the occupation had been lifted, which means that the majority of Terrans had become reconciled to Imperial rule. Things were moving along peacefully. And the the Confederation "liberates" Terra and puts a buch of extremists in charge... :nonono:

That's just a recipe for oppression and atrocities.
