T20 Only: T20 THB 2002 3rd printing blank forms, worksheets, and maps

Morning PDT,

I am trying to find blanks for the TAS Form 2 Personal History and Data THB 2002 3rd printing pp. 436-439 and the Star System Worksheet IS Form 8.1 THB 2002 3rd printing p. 440.

I've gone through the File Library managing to find world worksheet, a blank sector and blank subsector maps.

Does anyone know where I can find thePersonal History and Data form and Star System Worksheet?

GURPS makes a Planet Survery worksheet. Page 14 brings all of the calculations onto one page.

I'm currently working on a png file for a Planetary Survey sheet for my site using the GURPS Space Planetary Record and Worksheet pdf as a guide. Would you like a copy ? I can post here when I get it on my web site.

Since you need it for T20, are there specific fields you would need ?

No guarantees on a timeline for me to complete it.

Yes, please post the Planetary Survey sheet when you are done I would really like to steal, I mean, have a copy to see how the form works with T20.

Not knowing which GURPS product is being used I cannot hazard a guess what might be needed from T20.

Most of my Navy career was on ballistic missile subs which pretty much means I'm usually okay with undetermined timelines.

Its just a block of text on a png file. My maps are separate. The post on my site tells where I got the form from. GURPS used to sell a book of GM forms, and one of their forms I loosely based this on is one of the forms in there. Its for GURPS 4th edition, Stock #82-0206 Version 1.0, May 12, 2006.

Thank-you for the link to your site, the worksheet, and the source of the worksheet.

My apologies for the delay getting back to you I've been working on a couple of different projects and did not look at my email for a couple of days.

At least sharing the link with me helped in proof reading.

The only GURPS 4th edition products I have are the Basic Set and GURPS Traveller Interstellar Wars. I do have almost all the GURPS Traveller product line, a couple of GURPS Space products, and a few of there source books. I probably have a copy of the third edition of the forms book in hard copy format.

I did a check of my PDF books and I may have found a copy of the source document in GURPS Space on page 176. Since I may have found a copy I'll take a look at the GURPS Form and compare it with the T20 form to see if there might be items to add.
