T4 Starship Design Rules

There were two sets of alternate T4 design rules in my collection. One set were the 'quick & dirty' rules. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the other set.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Do you mean part of the game line - T4 main rulebook, Starships, and Fire, Fusion and Steel - or do you mean fan produced versions?

Half an hour of googling shows nothing so far...

Hmm indeed. I'm racking my brains and getting nothing. I do rememeber a SDS before QSDS on the net or TML but think it was just a correction of the mess from the T4 main book.

And there was a rather nice java scripted version of SDS on a Traveller fan site about that time but it disappeared years ago and I've lost the copy.

Is it the SSDS?

Check the Missouri Archive's T4 section (Joe Heck's it seems; site has lots of other goodies tucked away)

IIRC it's another T4 design system that got frelled up during publication and was corrected online. There's also at least one vehicle design system in that directory.
