A Winged Flyer must maintain a minimum Speed = 6 to remain airborne.
p.255 FLYER RANGE BAND MOVEMENT
This is I think meant to represent stalling speed for an aircraft, but Speed 6 is 100kph and it is possible to design winged flyers with speeds less than Speed 6.
These designs may be nonviable but they might just have a lower stalling speed.
According to p. 290, Organic Armor has AV=[TL/2], so a TL-12 ship with 4 Organic-12 Layers should have AV=24.p.278: 08-09 ARMOR

Layers Are Homogeneous. The layers of Armor for a ship are all of the same type. Multiple Layers of identical Armor are summed to one AV equal to the total of the Layers. A TL-12 ship with 4 Organic-12 Layers has AV=48.
