T5 - library data questions

Lots of site out there have library data listed. Some of them include

http://members.tip.net.au/~davidjw/libdata/
http://jtas.net/librarydata/
http://gateway.pocketempires.com/index.htm
http://foreven.com/libdat/index.htm
http://zho.berka.com/data/

I've been looking for a consolidated library with "date" annotations - i.e. entries that may be pulled by date, granularity by year. Are there any databases, apps, or spreadsheets out there?

I seek something T5 specific, but doubt it is done yet. All the entries I have are culled from web pages and text files, and to be honest, dating each entry is a daunting task. If somebody has already done so, is it "public" access?

The following is a "sample" entry from my personal library data, released on the 28th day of year 1105. It is referee eyes-only, and the entry title is The Quints. Finally, it is specific to my campaign. Any one of the three item header items are searchable criteria.

Edit: The Quints entry is related to a prior post about psionics and ship combat, specifically teleportation, for those that are interested.

Code:
[1105-028] [GM] [IMTU] <The Quints>

The quintuplets grew up on Regina/Spinward Marches. Officially, they are the
orphaned children of a pair of scientists from Regina. In truth, they are the
results of a genetic experiment ran by two of their 12 genetic parents. Those
two parents died in a lab accident shortly after the children were born. The
children were adopted by relatives of Duke Norris of Regina.

All 5 quints are psionically active, and were trained at the Wypoc/Spinward
Marches Institute prior to their respective careers. They were sponsored by
Dalthor Et Magera, although they are unaware of this; he is one of 12
biological parents used in the original experiment.

The five mustered out after five terms, and formed Stryker Lines, a shipping
company based in the Marches. Soon after the company was formed, they
were attending a party hosted by "Uncle Norris". They had a "chance"
encounter with Et Magera, and eventually contracted with his shipyards to
get some custom-built ships.

They are currently on Magash/Deneb, working with Et Magera on the ship
designs, and have formed a limited partnership. They are debating selling
Stryker Lines, and working full-time on ship design and building, having
found an affinity for it.

I use tags like or [PUBLIC] and [IMTU] or [CANON] as well as date fields. I Right now, I have a VERY limited library using this notation. I'm setting my campaign in mid-1105, which is why the dates matter in library data. if I search by year, I expect to get all result in AND PRIOR TO that specific year.

Anyway, if this doesn't already exist, this may be a good list project...

I'm absolutely sure I can do this in the Wiki. Most of the tags you propose can be added as Categories to specific articles. There are already templates set up for adding Secrets and meta information, Adding separate pages for GM information and date information should be time consuming, but not excessive. Still there are 10,000 articles to update.

I have been trying for some time to construct a good general set of categories and headings in each articles for describing the kinds of categorization you are describing. My problem has been doing this in a vacuum (i.e. without feedback from others who are actually using it) doesn't demonstrate usefulness.

DonM has created the Traveller Integrated Timeline, which covers the history of Charted Space from the Ancients era to 1115 or so. It's a pdf so should be searchable and it's in chronological order - so you can jump right to 1105 but the entries range across a variety of subjects as you explore each era. Still may be of use until what you're looking for appears...
