I found getting teamwork can be difficult even with players who worked together. The early Bette Noire campaign was a constrast, since the whole party was made up the officers, crew, & marines of Bette's Imperial Navy command, who deserted enmass with their ship. Having a bunch of individualists trying to play gung-ho followers of a charismatic leader got amusing.
