Better be Uilleann Pipes/Small Pipes or Chamber Pipes. If they're Highland Great Pipes within an enclosed starship hull, we're getting out our shotguns . . .
These are more passenger than crew...
Do research in the latest Spinward Marches Archive/Retrieval Tool (SMART - AKA, Library Data)
Knit, Crochet, nailbinding, wire weaving, or other similar arts.
Ask the steward to get the engineer to adjust gravity in an out of the way but accessible spot. (Should take a while...)
Actually use said gravitic anomaly for exercise or coöperative heart rate raising activities.
Taste test the latest batch of Engineering's hooch.
Spend considerable rack time from consuming said hooch.
Practice your psionics.

Played around with a couple concepts.
Concept 1- each stateroom gets a minor luxury unique item/capability. One might have a craft table with a set of tools for say plant potting/care, another oriented to pet amusement/comforts, still another with musical instruments, a built in bar, personal galley, aforementioned mutual heartbeat activities, etc.
They have to fit as say 1dton of the room, and fold away for patrons that don’t use the amenity.
Staterooms are first come first assigned, with classic high passage bumping mid passage out.
Concept 2, related- if passengers are so inclined, they can put on an expo/concert of their interests pursued, often as a one afternoon/evening tour of the rooms.
One common gambit of mid passengers is take the kitchenette room, whip up some dinners, and thereafter do a bit of side cooking business qfor fellow mids or high passage looking for something different.
Concept 3- I’d say should be a captain’s dinner for each of the high passengers, either all at once in a large enough area or crew mess, or at a table for a small grouping spread out over several days.
