It's very curious, as I was suspecting the printer driver.

With 3 different browsers, you have 3 different SVG rendering engines. So any commonality there is broken.

Just installed and Tried Opera, same issues, almost.

Generate the booklet, looks fine. Checked all pages and all looks good on screen. Select print, and then the borders fly off (PDF or Printer).

Opera is the same as Chrome under the hood, so that’s not a surprise.

In Chrome it looks like a recent regression (within the past year).

This is why getting unified tests for the web platform shared by all browsers is part of my day job.

FYI, the underlying bug in Chrome has finally been fixed.

Chrome Canary builds should be testable now. The fix should appear in Chrome 69.
