Anyone who's interested, I've been working on a TW2k d20 system, which is currently in playtesting. My setting is a little different in details than twilight, but the flavour is the same. Better ideas welcome.

Disclaimer: IANAL

I don't want to put you in hot water but I suggest you re-read the licenses before you commit to them.

I honestly don't know if "Twilight: 2000" is a trademark owned by Far Future Enterprises, but if you're doing it as a fan web site, I strongly recommend you consult with them regarding fan site policy.

Legalese aside, I may have to dig up my old game, which is not version 2.2.

1) You are in violation of Section 5 of the OGL license.
5.Representation of Authority to Contribute: If You are contributing original material as Open Game Content, You represent that Your Contributions are Your original creation and/or You have sufficient rights to grant the rights conveyed by this License.
The work is not your original creation (it is derived from the original T2k) and you do not have the rights to grant others the right to use it (you do not have a license, agreement or even permission to produce this work from Far Future Enterprises).

2) You are in violation of Section 6 of the OGL license
6. Notice of License Copyright: You must update the COPYRIGHT NOTICE portion of this License to include the exact text of the COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any Open Game Content You are copying, modifying or distributing, and You must add the title, the copyright date, and the copyright holder's name to the COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any original Open Game Content you Distribute.
This means updatig section 15 of the OGL license itself. Where you would normally put something like d20 Twilight 2000 Copyright 2002 <company name here>. But then again you can't do this because you don't own the copyright.

3) You are in violation of Section 7 of the OGL license.
7. Use of Product Identity: You agree not to Use any Product Identity, including as an indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of each element of that Product Identity. You agree not to indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any Trademark or Registered Trademark in conjunction with a work containing Open Game Content except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of such Trademark or Registered Trademark. The use of any Product Identity in Open Game Content does not constitute a challenge to the ownership of that Product Identity. The owner of any Product Identity used in Open Game Content shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to that Product Identity.
You are using Product Identity owned by Far Future Enterprises without their permission and agreement.

4) You are in violation of Section 8 of the OGL license.
8. Identification: If you distribute Open Game Content You must clearly indicate which portions of the work that you are distributing are Open Game Content.
Even leaving out the fact you don't have the right to use the material anyway, you are also in violation because you haven't bothered to specify what of the material you have posted is considered to be Open Game Content. And BTW, saying all of it is covered will cause you even more problems...

Did I leave anything out? Oh yeah, you are in violation of the terms of fair use as specified by Far Future Enterprises. See the link below:

http://www.farfuture.net/a0007-5500.html

While this specifies Traveller, it applies to T2K and 2300AD as well. Simply substitute the name of one for the other.
