You can find [CT plans for the Type T Patrol Cruiser] in the FASA Adventure Class Ships Vol. 2. Rather rare, but it is on eBay from time to time.

I've just this weekend been working on deckplans for a Type T, as I may decide to turn a very interesting adventure of Bill Cameron's into a tournament scenario and have decided to give the PCs a Type T. I'm basing the plans on the GT plan of the Type T in GT:Starships. I'm doing it on standard CT squares, and the hexes of GT plans are giving me some problems. For one thing, the staterooms appear to be (roughly) two by three squares. I'm wondering: Does anyone know if the GT plans were based on the FASA plans or just done from scratch?
