CT, the only way to make a small craft is High guard, where drives are percentage based.B2 does not explicitly rule out designing a ship below 100 tons, but without a table entry, drives would perform as a 100 ton hull.

The LBB2.81 small craft were an ugly ugly HACK JOB of "blending" legacy LBB2.77 parameters with the new LBB5.80 paradigm ... which wouldn't stand up to serious scrutiny, but who was going to go that "deep" into reverse engineering the legacy small craft designs (when you didn't have to)?
